Meet the Team: Amburr Holladay

Meet Amber!  She is a part-time employee at the store.  During the week she is a stay-at-home mother of two beautiful girls ages 6 and 2.  On the weekends she's at Backcountry & Beyond helping keep the store neat and organized, as she is always looking for new ways to rearrange products.  She loves setting up our display tables, switching out our mannequins and assisting with marketing and events when needed.

Crafting is a passion of hers and right now she is exploring all things sewing. When she is not making something at home she likes to go exploring on hikes and camping with her family. 

A product that she just can’t make it through a shift without is the Mtn Ops Triple Chocolate performance bar. She is completely obsessed. She says "This bar tastes just like a candy bar but without all the bad ingredients. With 20grams of protein and only 5 grams of sugar it makes this bar the perfect go to snack to hold her over until her next meal." 

Marsh Wear is her favorite clothing brand in the store right now. She has been wearing the fireside fleece pants. These pants are super soft and thick, perfect for when she is lounging around the house. She really loves the pockets and touch of color on the draw strings. 

Her obsession with bags naturally gravitates her towards the Yeti Camino Carryall 35 and it did not disappoint. She loves that it holds shape no matter what you put inside it, but her favorite part is the dividers that you can pop in and out when needed. She has used the dividers to separate shoes, water bottles and even wet clothes from dry. She hasn’t found an occasion that this bag doesn’t work for.
